It is quite amazing what kind of transformation can be made out of the discovery of fabric you may have hanging around the house. I had been shopping for fabric with thoughts of reupolstering this old couch for weeks, until one sleepless morning, I looked at my curtain-covered closet to discover the perfect material! Yes, it was in front of me all along...and I remembered that I had purchased two large panels of the canvas-like material which I tucked away for later use in my storage unit. Here's the most amazing detail; the total cost of the material was $12. Yes, $12. I challenge those of you on an upholstery mission to find such a great deal.
